Half and Quarter Beef Packages

These include 1/2 or 1/4 of the entire beef; meat, bones, fats, offal, and dog food. We can cut and package the steaks and roasts to your specifications and pack sizes. Everything will come fresh, vacuum sealed and ready for your freezer. We can render the fat into tallow and make stock for an extra fee ($10 each). A 1/4 or 1/2 gives you a savings of about 10% vs purchasing everything from the case.

Average take home sizes: 1/4 = 150 lbs, 1/2 = 300 lbs,

Price varies with the market: $7.25/lb +/- $.25

These need to be ordered at least 2 weeks ahead and require a $500 deposit

GE 7.5 cu ft chest freezer - $275 with purchase of 1/2 or 1/4 beef (usually $375)

2 - 2 lb. Chuck roasts, 2 - 1.25” Ribeyes, 2 - 1.25” N.Y. Strip , 2 - 8 oz Tenderloins, 2 - 8 oz Sirloins, 2 - 2 lb. Round roasts, 5 lbs Stew meat, 3 lbs. Short Ribs, 3 lbs. Cube steaks, 24 lbs Ground Beef (80/20), 2 pints of Tallow, 6 quarts of Beef stock (or equivalent bones).

$550 flat rate (savings of about 5% vs purchasing through the case)

Half Pork Package

These include 1/2 of the entire pork; meat, bones, fats, offal, and dog food. We can cut and package the steaks and roasts to your specifications and pack sizes. Everything will come fresh, vacuum sealed and ready for your freezer. We can render the fat into tallow and make stock for an extra fee ($10 each). We can cure and smoke pieces into bacon or ham and make sausage with the grind for an extra fee ($10 each). A 1/2 gives you a savings of about 10% vs purchasing everything from the case.
